Trade Program
Vintage artwork gives a finished room its character. Our Trade Program is for the professionals who build those rooms: interior designers, decorators, home stagers, architects, and buyers furnishing hotels, restaurants, offices, and rental properties.
What the program offers
- Preferred trade pricing on Vintage Print Project's own prints, framed and unframed. Tell us about your project when you apply and we will set your pricing before your first order.
- Free shipping on many prints. Many of our prints include free shipping; where it does not apply, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders run on the same made to order timeline of 5 to 12 business days, so you can plan installs with confidence.
- Help building a set. Our catalog runs from 1920s Spanish Art Deco and WPA era posters to Japanese textile patterns and vintage map prints. If you send us a room brief or a palette, we will suggest groupings that work together.
- Ready to hang framing in Black, Red Oak, and White Ayous wood, so pieces go from the box to the wall on install day. See the Framing Guide for details.
- One point of contact for quotes, orders, and replacements across a whole project, however many rooms it covers.
Who can apply
The program is open to working trade professionals: interior designers and design firms, home stagers, architects, and commercial buyers for hospitality, office, and multi unit residential projects. When you apply, include your business name and a resale certificate, tax ID, or a link to your portfolio or business website, whichever you have handy.
How it works
- Apply. Email support@vintageprintproject.com with "Trade Program" in the subject line, your business details, and a few words about the kind of projects you buy for.
- Get set up. We will confirm your enrollment and your trade pricing, usually within two business days.
- Order. Place orders with your trade terms applied, and reach out any time you want help selecting pieces for a specific room.
Good to know
Trade pricing applies to prints sold and shipped by Vintage Print Project. Items from our Marketplace partner brands are fulfilled by those brands and are not part of the program; they are labelled "Vintage Print Project Marketplace Item" on their product pages. Standard shipping and returns policies apply to trade orders unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific project. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and we will replace it, as we would for any order.
