Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. We offer free shipping within the United States for all purchases.

Shipping Times: Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after the order is shipped, depending on your location.

Lost Orders: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement at no cost.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@vintageprintproject.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 30 days of receipt. We will do our best to offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to update the address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

Returns due to customer preference (e.g., changes of mind, wrong size) are handled at the customer’s expense. These items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

All returns should be sent to the return address included in your order details. This address will vary based on the fulfillment facility used for your order. For U.S. orders, the default return address is:
